Wonderful Silk Scarf and Unexpectedly Good Service from ShalinIndia Sep 09, 2010 By C. P. Herrmann
I placed my order on September 6. The Amazon acknowledgement said it would ship from India between September 7 and 8; delivery was estimated between October 1 and October 22. The package arrived at my door in Colorado on September 9 - a mere three days after I placed the order! UPS tracking was accurate and gave me a head's up on the actual arrival. The silk scarf is well designed, beautifully made and just what I expected. It was packaged very nicely with a charming, hand-written "thank-you" note. In all, exemplary service and good value. I will order ShalinIndia products again.
